My journey

I am Abbas Jamie, an author, futurist, and engineer currently residing on the tropical island of Lombok within the Indonesian archipelago.

I was a senior executive with years of experience building companies and advising leadership in large organizations.

In February 2021, I suffered a near-death heart attack, this was my falling upward moment.

Twelve months later, I boarded a plane with one bag containing everything I owned, to move to an island I had never previously visited.

My journey of reconnection focussed on serenity, spirituality and sustainability had begun.
